Is there a minimum stay?
No. Whether it’s a long weekend or a full week, tell us what you need and we’ll shape it.
How much does it cost?
It’s quoted on request, based on your group and what you’d like arranged. We’ll give you a clear proposal before anything is booked.
Do you book flights, transfers and hotels for us?
We arrange them through partners we know and trust, and you contract with them directly — so you keep full control and the best conditions, without doing the legwork. We handle the coordination from end to end.
Can you handle mixed levels in one family?
That’s exactly what it’s for. Each person gets sessions matched to their level, scheduled so the group still spends time together.
Does it include equipment?
Yes — equipment is arranged and fitted through APEX Private Fitting, delivered where you’re staying.
Can you plan around bad weather?
We build flexibility in and adjust as the week goes. That’s the advantage of having one contact throughout.
When should we get in touch?
The earlier the better, especially for high season and school holidays — the best chalets, instructors and tables go first. That said, tell us what you need and we’ll do what we can.
Can you organise something for a group or several families?
Yes. Multi-family stays and groups are where Conciergerie earns its place — several agendas, one coherent plan.
