An APEX session is only as good as the person leading it. That's why our team is small, selected carefully, and built around people who know this mountain properly — not seasonal staff passing through.
How we choose our instructors
Certified, always
Every APEX instructor holds the qualifications required for what they teach — Swiss Snowsports for snow, Swiss Cycling for bike. No exceptions, no "assistants" running sessions alone.
Multilingual
Our sessions run in English and French, and several of our team speak more. A child who understands their instructor learns faster and feels safer.
Local knowledge
Knowing a resort is knowing where to go when it's crowded, when it's windy, when the light is best. That comes from riding here, season after season.
Chosen for teaching, not just riding
We hire on how someone explains, encourages and reads a group — as much as on how they perform. It's the difference between a session and a lesson.
