Teens MTB Camp · Crans-Montana · Ages 10–16

APEX BIKE JUNIOR

Skills, progression and real trails. A full week to ride further and ride better — from CHF 515 per week.

Who it's for

AGES

For teenagers aged 10 to 16 who can already ride confidently and are ready to be challenged. Not a first-time camp — riding itself should already feel natural.

LEVEL

From confident to technical. We build real skills: cornering, braking, body position, reading terrain and clearing obstacles.

GROUP

Six riders maximum, and groups are formed by ability first, age second. A matched group progresses together; a mixed one holds everyone back.

ENGLISH & FRENCH

Certified instructors, fully bilingual

Every day has a clear technical goal, set in the morning and tested in the afternoon. Riders are grouped by level, so the terrain always matches their ability — challenging enough to progress, never beyond reach. Over five days, the improvement is measurable, and Friday closes with a diploma and medals to take home.

CHF 515 covers the full week: certified coaching, afternoon Explorer Card activities, an APEX goodie bag with the official camp shirt, and an end-of-week diploma with medals. Meals are optional (+CHF 75 per week).

Six maximum. From the seventh booking, a second instructor joins the group. Small groups are how we keep every child progressing and safe.

Comfortable sportswear, closed shoes, a small backpack with water and sunscreen. If you’ve opted for the meal, we take care of lunch — otherwise, pack one. Bike and helmet can be arranged through our Specialized partner if needed.

The camp runs. We adapt the programme and choose the terrain to match the conditions. Only an official closure or a genuine safety risk leads to cancellation.

Either works. Bike Kids is discovery-led; Bike Juniors focuses on technical progression. Tell us a little about your child’s riding and we’ll point you to the right one.
