Who it's for

AGES 16 AND UP

E-bikes are restricted to riders 16+ under Swiss law. Younger children can join on a regular bike with our guide's towing system — just ask when you book.

ALL FITNESS LEVEL

The electric assist flattens the climbs, so you set the pace and enjoy the ride. No training required — if you can ride a bike, you're ready.

MIXED GROUP

Perfect when riding partners have different fitness or experience. The motor evens things out, so everyone rides together and no one gets left behind.

EXPLORERS

Cover far more ground than on foot or a regular bike. Reach the best viewpoints, alpine trails and hidden corners of Crans-Montana in a single session.

FAQ

ask us
anything

No, but you should be comfortable riding a bike. We welcome first-timers and match the terrain and pace to your level.

Yes. A Specialized downhill bike and helmet are included. Additional protective gear can be rented.

No. Downhill relies on the lift to reach the top of the trails, so a valid lift pass is required and purchased separately.

A helmet is included. For downhill we strongly recommend additional protection (knee pads, elbow pads, back protector) — available to rent through our Specialized partner.

Sessions are private. The base price covers one rider; each additional rider is added at the rate shown.

We adapt to conditions. Downhill trails can close in heavy rain for safety — in that case we reschedule.
