Bike included, or not
MTB Tours, E-Bike and Downhill include a premium Specialized bike. Guide Only doesn’t — bring your own, or we arrange a fitted rental from CHF 45 a day.
The base covers one or two
It depends on the session: MTB Tours, E-Bike and Downhill cover one rider, with a supplement from the second. Guide Only and Hiking cover one or two, with a supplement from the third.
E-bike, 16 and over
Swiss law prohibits e-bikes for riders under 16, without exception. For younger children, our guides offer a towing system on a regular bike.
Meeting points differ
Bike sessions with equipment meet at Specialized Crans-Montana, Route du Rawyl 48. Downhill meets at Zerodix. Guiding, hiking and camps meet at the APEX office. Your confirmation shows which.
Lift passes
Never included. Downhill in particular relies on the lift to reach the trails — plan for it separately.
Camps run Monday to Friday
Bike Kids, Bike Junior and Mountain Kids are built as full weeks. Mountain Kids runs in July and August only.
Protective gear
A helmet is included with every bike session. For downhill, additional protection is strongly recommended and available to hire through our Specialized partner.
Weather
Sessions run in all conditions. We adapt the route and the terrain — only a genuine safety risk or an official closure leads to rescheduling.
